Dab:exporter
The dab:exporter is the solution for data extraction and processing from SAP® R/3 and Navision®.
The software enables users to extract any arbitrary amount of data and then perform analysis.
Advantages of the dab:exporter
The user is optimally supported by the following functions of the dab:exporter:
- Along with SAP® R/3, many other data sources are supported, such as Navision and a number of ODBC-compatible data sources.
- Due to the construction of an ACL and GDPdU format, no more manual formatting of data is necessary.
- Minimal installation work
- Read-only access guarantees the consistency of data sources which means that data can be read, but not changed.
- The solution is Unicode-compatible.
- Guaranteed transparency and traceability with extensive (detailed) log and documentation functions.
- Highly- automatic, the necessary tables and fields can bepre-selected.
- Automatisation of extraction courses with planning and carrying-out set at particular times, for example, during available time-slots.
- The interface is developed for audit and migration purposes and is able to balance a fine act between high-performance and easy usability.
- The dab:exporter is multilingual. The tables and fields can be extracted in the local language.
Dab:scripts
Dab:scripts are globally implementable, standardized and documented analysis routines for SAP® R/3 data specifically adapted to the needs of Audits in the process optimization and fraud detection areas.
Dab:scripts are implemented in ACL and represent hundreds of questions taken from the everyday routine of internal and external auditors in executable form.
There are standardized, well documented and highly integrated analyses for all modules of SAP® R/3.
The analysis routines are executable on all SAP® systems worldwide.
Integrated
The seamless integration begins with the data extraction and continues through to the finished results.
The dab:exporter exports the predefined data from SAP® R/3 in the correct format.
The analyses can be triggered immediately from the menu bar.
In case manual follow-up analyses are required, all the source data (the original SAP® R/3 tables) are maintained within the analysis software.
Modular Build
The large number of standardized and documented analysis routines for SAP® R/3 data has been split up into packages according to the verification methods of Internal and External Audit respectively. Among others, the module Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales & Distribution and Plant Maintenance are available.
The modules are being extended and enhanced on a continuous basis so that we can vouch for the currently most up-to-date version.
