With the program "DATEV Data Assurance Framework", more than 50 defined and automatically running auditing steps from various fields are at your service.
Nearly all data types, regardless of file size, may be analyzed and interpreted in a simple, quick and reliable way. With these configured and automated auditing steps, DATEV assists you in the audit process with plausibility checks.
Even with less experience, you may use the software and benefit from a comprehensive digital data analysis.

More than 50 pre-defined and automatically-running auditing steps

This is a selection of the automatic auditing steps:

• Benford analysis: Numerical analysis can reveal the unusually frequent occurrence of certain digits, e. g. multiple transfers of the same sums below a certain limit.
• Gaps: Determine whether gaps exist in the key fields of the current data. With consecutive numbering, for example, you can detect missing invoice numbers.
• Identical name: Identical names can be filtered from two different tables, e. g. from a list of employees and suppliers.
• Time series comparison: Check how turnover has developed compared to material use. For example, this helps you to identify slow-moving items.

For data available in the SAP® R/3™ format, predetermined auditing steps exist for the fields of:

• Company structure
• Authorization scheme
• Financial accounting
• Travel management
• More auditing steps are available on request.
